About the Role

Green Envee is a luxury clean beauty and wellness brand delivering high-performance, plant-active skincare to professional spas, estheticians, and wellness centers. We are seeking a Business Development Manager & Educator who will grow sales within an assigned territory while also serving as a brand educator—training spa partners on all facial protocols, ingredient knowledge, and product usage. This position requires a balance of business development, account management, education, and territory strategy to ensure our partners achieve exceptional results and sales growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospecting
  • Frequent travel within assigned Territory – 75%+ of the time; some travel to regional and Green Envee Headquarter office events
  • Travel daily throughout the territory to meet clients
  • Enjoys prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the business
  • Build business strategy with accounts to increase profit margins, facilitate trainings and service the account based on their needs.
  • Collaborates closely with internal team on strategic initiatives
  • Meet and exceed sales order targets in assigned territory
  • Utilize CRM system and any other required tools
  • Identify potential growth areas, identify and recommend new accounts to Sales Director
  • Drive rapid growth within the territory
  • Provide outstanding service to all accounts and prospective accounts
  • Demonstrate expertise in product and ingredient knowledge
  • Prepare and conduct training and educational onsite trainings
  • Participate in new hire training, corporate and regional sales meetings, new product training seminars and trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned
Education + Training:
  • Deliver in-person training
  • Provide onboarding to all new customers
  • Train estheticians on Green Envee facial treatment protocols, ensuring correct techniques, timing, product usage, and results-driven application.
  • Provide full product knowledge and ingredient education, including skin type/condition pairing, treatment room best practices, and retail recommendations.
Account Management + Growth:
  • Conduct business development to increase their profit margins and support
  • Host annual goal-setting meetings with each customer to align on business objectives and map out strategies for growth.
  • Assist customers in understanding the Green Envee tools to optimize their efficiency in partnering with Green Envee.
  • Partner with accounts to plan events, optimize merchandising, run staff contests, and coordinate marketing (including social media).
Sales Development:
  • Maintain an active lead pipeline with consistent follow-up and nurturing.
  • Represent Green Envee at trade shows, spa conferences, and industry events, including follow-up on generated leads.
Territory Management:
  • Plan and execute a structured schedule for account visits, trainings, and prospecting.
  • Document all sales activities, account notes, and training records in the CRM system.
  • Utilize available analytics tools to assess account performance and territory growth opportunities.
Performance Goals + Metrics:
  • Training Completion: 100% of new accounts trained on all protocols and product knowledge within 30 days.
  • Sales Quotas: Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Retention Rate: Maintain 90%+ of active accounts year-over-year.
  • New Account Goal: Achieve new business quotas monthly.
  • Growth Rate: Increase territory sales YOY.

Qualifications

  • Current Esthetic License
  • Professional skincare sales experience with pre-existing relationships within assigned territory preferred
  • Knowledge of Green Envee Pro (experience with brand preferred)
  • Live in major city - or not more than 30 minutes from major city in the territory
  • Dependable transportation required (note that forms of transportation other than driving must be comparable in terms of travel time and cost to the company)
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota driven role with preference given to experience in spas; medical spas and esthetics industry. Comparable experience will be considered.
  • Must have a substantial book of business within the specific territory to leverage for Green Envee
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge utilizing CRM systems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
  • Must always maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical
  • Valid driver’s license for assigned territory is mandatory
