Are you a passionate spa professional who thrives on educating others, creating impactful content, and helping businesses grow? Our luxury skincare brand is seeking a dynamic Spa Business + Education Strategist to champion our professional spa community, lead engaging trainings, and elevate our brand through creative content and expert-level support.

Your Role

As the face of the brand to our spa partners, you’ll embody our values and mission, bringing deep industry knowledge, infectious energy, and business acumen to every interaction. Whether you're hosting a live webinar, speaking at a trade show, or engaging online, you’ll deliver education and inspiration with confidence and charisma.

Your Responsibilities

Education & Training

  • Deliver engaging online and in-person education to spa professionals.
  • Host live webinars monthly and contribute to on-camera education (videos, podcasts, etc.).
  • Create professional resources including treatment protocols, advanced online courses, and training guides.
  • Lead select on-site trainings and represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
  • Stay ahead of trends and continuously infuse fresh, relevant content into our educational offerings.

Content Creation & Digital Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing to create impactful, educational digital content.
  • Manage a professional-facing Instagram account for ongoing spa partner support.
  • Monitor and engage in our professional forum, offering insights, education, and business mentorship.

Spa Partner Support

  • Provide consultative support to spa owners and estheticians—guiding them in spa marketing, product knowledge, sales strategies, and business development.
  • Help partners succeed with retail sales, branding, and leveraging digital tools like social media and Google Ads.
  • Bring expertise in spa operations, guest experience, and product upselling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extroverted and confident communicator with strong public speaking and on-camera presence.
  • Proven background in the spa industry—ideally as a consultant, educator, or trainer.
  • Skilled at supporting small business growth through branding, marketing, and retail strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on industry trends and innovation.
  • Comfortable with digital content creation, online education platforms, and social media tools.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for on-site trainings and trade events.
  • Licensed Esthetician
