Position Overview

The Brand Educator + Ambassador will serve as both an educator and brand personality for Green Envee. This role goes beyond traditional education; we are looking for someone who can inspire, influence, educate, and build genuine connection within the professional spa community.

The ideal candidate is equal parts skincare expert, educator, storyteller, content creator, and community builder, naturally exciting people about skincare, wellness, treatments, and results while embodying the elevated, holistic lifestyle that defines Green Envee.

This individual will support spa partners, train estheticians, represent the brand at events, create engaging social content, and help cultivate a loyal and emotionally connected community around Green Envee.

This person should embody the Green Envee lifestyle: sophisticated, wellness-oriented, polished, approachable, nurturing, confident, and passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin.

Core Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Professional Education + Training

  • Lead professional product trainings for spas, estheticians, and distributor partners
  • Conduct virtual and in-person education sessions
  • Demonstrate treatment protocols, ingredient knowledge, and retail strategies
  • Simplify skincare science into engaging, relatable education
  • Support partner success through ongoing coaching and relationship-building
  • Assist with onboarding new professional accounts
  • Educate partners on launches, promotions, and treatment integration
  • Represent Green Envee at trade shows, education events, trainings, and conferences


Brand Ambassador + Community Presence

  • Serve as a recognizable and trusted face of Green Envee
  • Build excitement and emotional connection around the brand
  • Foster authentic relationships with estheticians, spa owners and wellness professionals
  • Create memorable luxury brand experiences both online and in person
  • Strengthen community engagement and partner loyalty
  • Encourage participation in trainings, launches, promotions, and events
  • Maintain a polished, elevated, and professional brand presence at all times


Content Creation + Social Media

  • Create educational, aspirational, and lifestyle-driven content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Film reels, tutorials, skincare tips, treatment demonstrations, wellness rituals, behind-the-scenes moments, and event coverage
  • Participate in product launches, photoshoots, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social strategy and messaging
  • Stay current on skincare trends, wellness conversations, and social media trends
  • Help position Green Envee as both a trusted professional brand and aspirational wellness lifestyle


Sales + Partnership Support

  • Help drive retail sales and treatment adoption through education and engagement
  • Support distributor growth initiatives and account development
  • Strengthen spa partner relationships and increase brand loyalty
  • Assist partners with client retention strategies and retail opportunities
  • Encourage excitement around promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Esthetician preferred
  • Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, treatments, and retailing
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence speaking publicly
  • Experience with social media content creation preferred
  • Passion for luxury skincare, holistic wellness, and clean beauty
  • Natural storyteller with an engaging and charismatic personality
  • Professional, polished, and aligned with elevated luxury branding
  • Comfortable creating video content and educational demonstrations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build community and excitement
  • Comfortable traveling for trainings, trade shows, and events
