Partner Growth Educator

Role Type: Full Time

Location: On-Site, Chicago, IL

Department: Education

About the Role

Inspire. Educate. Elevate.

At Green Envee, we believe education has the power to transform more than skin; it can build confidence, elevate client experiences, and help estheticians and spa businesses thrive.

We're looking for a Partner Growth Educator who is passionate about skincare, energized by teaching, and genuinely excited about helping others become more successful.

This isn't a traditional educator role.

You'll be one of the faces of Green Envee, traveling into markets and working directly with our professional spa partners. You'll educate teams on products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and our holistic approach to skin health, but your impact will extend beyond product knowledge.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a spa and see opportunity.

Someone who can help an esthetician become more confident recommending home care. Help a team improve retail conversations. Help a spa owner think differently about treatments, client retention, promotions, events, and revenue opportunities. And then come back, follow up, and help them continue to grow.

You'll always lead with education, while bringing a consultative, business-minded approach to the relationships you build.

If you love teaching, traveling, building relationships, and helping other people succeed; and you're motivated by the opportunity to be financially rewarded for the growth you help create - we'd love to meet you.

Travel Expectations

Regular travel is an essential part of this position.

Travel will include professional account visits, regional market trips, education events, trade shows, masterclasses, and other Green Envee events.

Depending on the market, a trip may involve visiting several accounts over multiple days, conducting team trainings, meeting with owners and managers, and hosting or supporting a regional education event.

Some trips may require overnight travel and multiple consecutive days away from home.

Virtual education will remain part of the role, but in-person account education and relationship building will be a major focus.

Core Responsibilities

Educate & Inspire
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact education to Green Envee professional partners both in person and virtually.
  • Train estheticians and spa teams on Green Envee products, ingredients, professional protocols, home-care regimens, and treatment recommendations.
  • Facilitate hands-on education that builds confidence through experiencing, touching, smelling, and working with our products and protocols.
  • Make complex skincare science and ingredient knowledge easy to understand, remember, and apply.
  • Teach estheticians how to confidently translate professional treatments into effective home-care recommendations.
  • Help partners understand not just what to use, but why, when, and how to recommend it.
  • Deliver webinars and contribute to Green Envee University and other professional education programs.
Help Our Spa Partners Grow

Education is only valuable when our partners can put it into practice.

You'll work alongside spa owners, managers, and estheticians to help turn education into stronger client experiences and business results.

That may include:

  • Coaching teams on retail conversations and product recommendations.
  • Helping estheticians become more comfortable recommending home care without feeling overly "salesy."
  • Teaching teams how to overcome common client objections.
  • Identifying opportunities to incorporate Green Envee treatments and protocols into service menus.
  • Helping accounts increase treatment and retail revenue.
  • Brainstorming promotions, events, treatment pairings, seasonal opportunities, and other business-building ideas.
  • Helping owners and managers identify opportunities to improve team confidence and consistency.
  • Sharing ideas around client retention, rebooking, treatment-to-retail conversion, and creating a stronger overall client experience.
  • Following up after education to help accounts put what they've learned into action.

You'll become a trusted educational resource who can ask:

"How is the business going, and how can we help?"

Get Into the Field

This is a travel-forward position.

We believe some of the most impactful education happens face-to-face, inside the treatment room and alongside the professionals using our products every day.

You'll regularly travel to Green Envee accounts and priority markets to:

  • Conduct in-spa trainings and refreshers.
  • Work hands-on with estheticians and spa teams.
  • Meet with owners and managers.
  • Support new and existing professional partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify education and growth opportunities.
  • Visit multiple accounts during regional market trips.
  • Host regional education experiences and masterclasses.
  • Represent Green Envee at trade shows and industry events.

Regional trips may include several consecutive days of travel and multiple account visits within the same market.

Candidates should genuinely enjoy travel and spending meaningful time in the field.

Create Experiences People Want to Attend

We want Green Envee education to feel inspiring, valuable, and memorable.

You'll help us continue evolving education beyond traditional classroom-style product training by supporting:

  • Hands-on masterclasses
  • Treatment and technique workshops
  • Spa business-building education
  • Retail education
  • Regional partner events
  • New product and protocol education
  • Guest educator and industry expert collaborations
  • Professional networking experiences
  • Green Envee University programming

You'll help create education that gives busy professionals a compelling reason to invest their time and leaves them excited to put what they've learned into practice.

Support Account Success

You'll develop meaningful relationships with Green Envee partners and maintain contact beyond the initial training.

You'll:

  • Conduct follow-up education and account check-ins.
  • Help identify where additional education could improve performance.
  • Support new team members as accounts grow and hire.
  • Provide protocol refreshers and advanced education.
  • Recognize accounts that may need additional attention or support.
  • Identify opportunities for accounts to expand their use of Green Envee.
  • Celebrate wins and help partners establish their next growth opportunity.

You'll work closely with our Sales team, sharing insights and opportunities you discover in the field while remaining a trusted educational resource for the account.

Education With a Business-Building Mindset

We aren't looking for a traditional salesperson.

And we're not looking for an educator who believes their responsibility ends when the training is over.

We're looking for someone who understands the connection between great education and great business results.

When an esthetician understands the products better, they recommend with greater confidence.

When a team understands how to connect a treatment with home care, clients experience better continuity and the spa creates additional retail revenue.

When a spa owner sees an opportunity to introduce a new protocol, promotion, or event, Green Envee can help them create another reason for clients to return.

That's the mindset we're looking for.

You'll be encouraged to identify opportunities, help accounts grow, and partner with our Sales team when commercial opportunities arise.

Your compensation will include the opportunity for performance-based financial incentives, allowing you to benefit from the growth and success you help create.

Qualifications

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • A licensed esthetician with 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Passionate about professional skincare and helping other estheticians succeed.
  • Experienced with professional skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and home-care recommendations.
  • Naturally curious about the business side of the spa industry.
  • Excited by conversations about retail, treatment revenue, client experience, retention, and business growth.
  • A confident educator who can command a room while remaining warm, approachable, and relatable.
  • A natural storyteller who can turn skincare science into education people understand and remember.
  • Comfortable educating one-on-one, in small teams, and in front of larger audiences.
  • Comfortable presenting in person, virtually, and on camera.
  • Experienced in training, education initiatives, team development, or professional mentorship.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with spa owners, managers, and estheticians.
  • Highly organized and capable of independently planning account visits and managing a travel schedule.
  • Self-motivated and energized by goals.
  • Collaborative and excited to work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and other Green Envee teams.
  • Motivated by seeing measurable results from your work.
  • Excited about having part of your earning potential connected to the growth you help influence.
  • Passionate about representing Green Envee and what we stand for.
