As a Professional Skincare Educator, you'll play an essential role in strengthening Green Envee's professional community through impactful education, hands-on training, and meaningful partner relationships.

You’ll work closely with licensed estheticians, spa owners, and skincare professionals to deepen their understanding of our products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and holistic approach to skin health. You’ll also partner with our sales and marketing teams as a trusted source of expertise, helping shape educational social content and sales tools that bring our products and protocols to life.

Beyond product education, you'll help our professional partners confidently incorporate Green Envee into their treatment rooms, elevate their client experiences, and identify opportunities to grow their businesses.

Professional Education & Training

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual education to licensed skincare professionals and spa teams.
• Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations, facial protocols, and advanced treatment education.
• Educate partners on ingredient science, skin physiology, product formulations, and treatment customization.
• Lead educational webinars, workshops, certification programs, and professional training events.
• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of Green Envee University.

Professional Partner Development

• Provide comprehensive onboarding education for new professional accounts.
• Support existing partners with continued education, product launches, and protocol refreshers.
• Help estheticians confidently recommend homecare products and incorporate Green Envee into their treatment offerings.
• Identify educational opportunities that support product adoption, retail performance, and partner growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide strategic educational support for new, existing, and high-potential accounts.

Brand Representation & Events

• Represent Green Envee at industry trade shows, professional events, and educational conferences.
• Conduct regional trainings, in-spa demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
• Build meaningful relationships with spa owners, estheticians, and industry professionals.
• Support educational partnerships with esthetics schools and professional organizations.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, approachable, and enthusiastic ambassador of the Green Envee brand.

Education Development & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to support new product launches and educational initiatives.
• Assist in creating training presentations, product education resources, and treatment protocols.
• Gather and share feedback from partners on their education needs, product experiences, and emerging industry trends.
• Maintain organized training schedules, attendance records, and post-training follow-up.
• Recommend new content, formats, and training approaches to continually enhance the Green Envee professional education experience.

Required:

• Active esthetician license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of professional esthetics experience.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare ingredients, professional treatments, and homecare.
• Confident presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, mentorship, and professional development.
• Ability to conduct hands-on facial treatments and product demonstrations.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals, small groups, and larger audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple educational initiatives.
• Proficiency with virtual presentation platforms and common business software.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Previous experience as a skincare educator, trainer, or esthetics instructor.
• Experience working with professional skincare brands.
• Experience developing educational materials, webinars, or training programs.
• Understanding of spa operations, retail strategies, and professional account development.
• Experience with advanced facial protocols, chemical exfoliation, and professional treatment customization.

Location & Travel
